Abe Dertner is a LA based multi-instrumentalist / producer / writer whose roots originally stem from a jazz and classical background on keyboard and guitar. Fusing these together with both pop and urban music sensibilities has helped him become highly versatile and works across multiple genres. Recent pop productions and co-writes include the lead single from Ava Max “Maybe You’re The Problem,” and “Sleepwalker” for her Diamonds & Dancefloors album, as well as co-producing seven out of the ten songs for Aloe Blacc’s All Love Everything album. Recent sync placements include the Virgin Voyages ad campaign featuring Drew Love which aired during the 2023 Super Bowl, movie trailer and end credit song for Infinite starring Mark Wahlberg called Resurrection featuring D Smoke, movie trailer pieces for Molly’s Game and Vincent N’ Roxxy, video game trailer for Dark Souls III, theme song for Netflix’s Carmen Sandiego and Fox Sports Speak For Yourself, and tracks for Netflix’s Selling Sunset,CSI, Gotham, Underground, and American Horror Story.
